**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced occupational therapy assistant to join our team at ICONMA. The successful candidate will work in a skilled nursing facility setting, providing rehabilitation services to patients.
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients*
* Conduct assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities*
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals*
* Provide education to patients and caregivers on proper techniques and strategies for maintaining independence*
**Requirements:**
* Less than 1 year of experience required*
* COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) certification required*
* SNF experience preferred*
