Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for an Operations Specialist (Level III) for their Jacksonville, FL location. Responsibilities : The Transaction Management Operations Analyst is responsible for reconciling revenue / commissions for life insurance and annuity carriers / products. The Analyst will also assist with processing and oversight of custodial held annuity and life insurance contracts to ensure proper tax reporting and alignment of insurance company records with client books and records. The analyst will work with internal and external partners to help ensure the Operating Requirements are adhered to by the insurance carriers. Through this position, the teammate will gain in-depth knowledge of annuity and life insurance products. Determine and reconcile discrepancies of policy information between client and the insurance carrier Maintenance of insurance and annuity products to ensure records reflect accurately on client statements and client / financial advisor online views Perform statistical reporting for team and management review Reconciliation of revenue and commissions Requirements : Intellectually curious with a desire to identify and implement innovation Ability to prioritize and handle multiple job-related duties including day to day tasks and project work in a deadline-oriented environment Ability to think critically while effectively managing and finding resolutions to complex situations independently Acts proactively to identify, control, and mitigate risks Proven history of effective ownership and accuracy with an emphasis on attention to detail Provide outstanding personalized service and exhibit professionalism in all situations 2-3 years' experience in an operations environment Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency, including strong Excel skills Experience with Annuity and / or Insurance products Why Should You Apply?
