Our Client, a Medical Device And Healthcare company, is looking for a Packaging Engineer for their Columbus, OH location.
Responsibilities :
- Daily tasks / duties / skills : Written / verbal communication with packaging suppliers
- Written / verbal communication within Client organization
- Presentation drafting skills (PowerPoint presentations)
- Statistical evaluation / data compilation and management (use of Minitab or Microsoft Excel)
- Technical thought / writing (engineering test protocols, documentation, reporting, analysis)
- Lab testing work (testing of package components in lab environment)
- Performs entry-level technical activities to create new or modify existing products, processes, prototypes, fixtures, and / or tools in support of the company's strategic plan. Works with team to apply engineering and scientific principles to evaluate and resolve technical problems with supervision from technical lead and / or manager. Supports continuous quality improvement.
