General job duties:
Verify orders, supervise technicians, clinical support (renal dosing, therapeutic drug monitoring, anticoagulation monitoring, therapeutic interchange, preparing IV admixtures, compounding and dispensing)
Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.:
Meditech EMR system, Med carousel centralized storage, Pharmacy Keeper, PyxisES dispensing cabinets
Required skills and minimum years of experience:
familiar with Meditech computer system, minimum 2 yrs. experience
Specific licensures and certification/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc.):
BLS, RPh, State of Hawaii License
