Dynamic patient caseload consists primarily of general orthopedics with a strong focus on Manual treatment techniques and evidence based care.

The requirements:
Degree from an accredited school approved by CAPTE
Current state licensure or eligibility in Physical Therapy in Indiana
Has one (1) year outpatient experience or would consider New Grads with appropriate clinical rotations
Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
Will display strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
Focuses on the patient and providing the utmost in customer service excellence
Experience with documentation utilizing an EMR
The responsibilities:
Deliver quality, outcomes-driven physical therapy services
Document progress toward identified objectives
Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department
Create a positive work environment to promote teamwork and communication.
Conduct patient and family education
