Product Development (PD) Platform Ops is responsible for delivering, deploying, and maintaining scalable, highly-available environments for our next gen product lifecycle management (PLM) infrastructure & software.
Our mantras gravitate around infrastructure-as-code and application configuration as code - using Ansible.
With our application that we manage, we're developing new methods of software engineering, developing software, developing pipelines, and much more.
We are a small but rapidly growing team that is looking for skilled talent to help drive Client into the future.
We use all the newest & bleeding edge technologies throughout the business.
If Client is to evolve as a company long term - so do our backend platforms.
Primary responsibility is taking ownership of 3DX.
3DX (Dassault's 3DExperience Platform) is critical to Client's long term success.
Our department is modernizing Client 's processes to deliver the products that our engineers use everyday we are developing it like any other software.
Experience Required:
5 years experience with a PLM platform
5 years working with Dassault's 3DX product line
3 years leading software development teams and/or developers
10 years being some form of software developer or engineer
Experience working in an AGILE working environment
Skills Required:
This role specifically is geared toward building our ecosystem of software development within our PDPO team. We want someone with many years of experience working in the PLM space to help evolve the way that we are deploying customization for Client's PLM space - specifically using Dassault's 3DX> This includes but not specific to, widgets, data integrations, APIs, API wrappers, dashboards, interlinks, cross-platform integrations, and much more.
While we're not married to any specific coding language, we expect that you are an expert in one or many coding languages to help build guidelines as we grow and pull more people into this ecosystem.
Acceptance and understanding of new methods are required for this role, that includes, using code for everything, front and back end, using the public cloud, using pipelines, using LLM/Client, & using SaaS products.
Skills Preferred:
Experience with Tekton or Github Actions (Jenkins also acceptable)
Experience with GCP & Apigee - Experience using Github Enterprise, Github Actions, and Github Projects
Experience with Jira - A willingness to learn and grow within a fast paced team -this is required
Functional experience doing front/back end web development
Functional experience consuming APIs
Experience using open sourced code
Expert understanding of Git/Github (work or personal)
Understanding of the world of DevOps - Using an IDE effectively (i.e. VSCode)
