Our Client, an Internet Content & Information company, is looking for a Product Marketing Communications I for their Austin, TX / New York, NY location.
Responsibilities : Role is pivotal in managing the increased scope of our Enablement function and ensuring seamless communication and change management support for our vendors.Will work closely with cross-functional partners to enhance our Sales Enablement channels and support the evolving needs of our business.Product Communication to Vendors :
Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers (PMM) and Business Process Managers (BPM) to adapt and support the evolving structure of the Small Business Group (SBG).Manage and prioritize 1 : 1 relationships and support models to ensure effective communication and support for SBG.Change Management Support :
Lead change management initiatives to communicate updates to vendors through established Sales Enablement channels.Address capacity challenges by optimizing resources and processes to handle increased change management demands.Comms Integrity :
Enhance the integrity and consistency of vendor communications by developing and maintaining standardized designs, templates, and copywriting for announcements.Address critical gaps in the vendor communications infrastructure to improve overall communication quality.Learning Management :
Support the coordination and communication of learning management activities, including building, managing, and scheduling training sessions.Vendor Feedback Management :
Streamline the process for collecting and managing vendor Client to reduce redundancies and confusion.Consolidate Client requests and ensure clear communication channels for sharing Client with internal cross-functional teams (XFNs).Track and report on Client-related metrics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of vendor feedback loops.
Requirements :
Experience in change management, communications, or a related field.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Experience with learning management systems and feedback management processes is a plus.Vendor communications, specifically towards supporting SBG groupsStrong writing skills, change management experience, template designs implementationPJM skills, able to work independentlyLMS experienceClient Experience
