Respiratory Therapy
Location : Hilo, HI
Duration : 15 weeks
Shift Information : Night Shift (1830 to 0700 am), Three twelve hour shifts weekly (36 hours), No guarantee of hours.
Description :
General job duties, Types of procedures required :
Provide continuous airway management. Ventilator and non-invasive ventilator management and support. Physician consulting, CPR, all aspects of respiratory care.
Equipment utilized in the unit / dept :
Computerized charting, Pyxis medication management, PB 980, PB 840 Ventilators. V60.
Para Client Transport Vent.
Required skills and minimum years of experience :
Must be able to care for patients of the adult, pediatric, neonatal populations. Minimum 2 years' experience
Specific licensures and certifications / registrations required.
State of Hawaii Respiratory Therapy License, BLS, PALS and ACLS required.
RRT Preferred
NRP Preferred
