Our Client, an Agriculture Products company, is looking for a TA/HR Coordinator for their Remote location
Responsibilities:

- Monitor and respond to the client Jobs mailbox. Escalate questions to the correct parties to answer.
- Point of contact for Eightfold support.
- Provide shipping oversight, inventory oversight, and weekly engagement for materials needed for recruitment and for recruitment events.
- Checking candidate applications, verifying submitted transcripts, and validating prescreen questions (Eightfold transcripts).
- Support with scheduling second round interviews with candidates.
- Creating birthday, service anniversaries, important dates PowerPoint slides for monthly meeting.
- Candidate matching for development program positions.
- Manage the team SharePoint calendar.
- The manager is looking for 3 years of demonstrated experience with the following skills:
- Experience with Talent Acquisition and recruiting
- Microsoft office suite - especially Word and Excel. Should be proficient with these programs
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Previous experience as a junior or entry level recruiter - this isn’t required, but will set your candidate apart from other applicants
- Experience with Eightfold is helpful, but not required
