- Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma, focusing on the principles of effective design.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions scientifically.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly.
- Implement A/B testing to evaluate design choices and optimize user experiences based on data.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency.
- Ensure designs are responsive and work seamlessly across various devices and platforms.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
- Analyzing user feedback and data to make informed design decisions.
- Strong understanding of user experiences principles and best practices.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
