The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing user interfaces that meet stakeholder requirements while delivering a world-class experience. This individual will collaborate closely with business analysts, solution architects, and project managers to translate complex workflows into visually appealing, functional designs. The UX Designer will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle, from conceptualization to final wireframes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical constraints.Job Responsibilities : Design intuitive, user-friendly portals or dashboards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Ensure alignment with business objectives and technical constraints.Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.5 years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably on enterprise-level or data-heavy projects.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.Familiarity with front-end development processes (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure technical feasibility.Preferred Skills : Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.Compensation : The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).Benefits and Ancillaries : Medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits and ancillaries may be available for eligible Aditi Consulting employees and vary based on the plan options selected by the employee.Aditi Consulting LLC uses AI technology to engage candidates during the sourcing process.
