One of our Automotive clients is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor in Morrow, GA.
Description:
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the receiving, storing, packing and shipping of merchandise or materials.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Maintains stock records and schedules.
Responsible for directing, training and motivating hourly UAW employees in a world class logistics facility.
Responsible for all operations goals and targets pertaining to safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale and the environment.
Active involvement with the workforce to improve operations through continuous improvement activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree.
Manufacturing experience (2 years minimum).
Previous Warehouse Supervisory experience (2 years minimum).
Candidate should be able to hit the ground running with little supervision.
Preferred Requirements:
Union Environment Experience.
