- Financial Accounting and Reporting: Oversee accounting operations, including payroll processing, managing the general ledger, and generating financial reports.
- Financial Analysis and Decision-Making: Analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Cash Management and Risk Assessment: Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and assess financial risks to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Requirements:
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
- 5-10 years of experience in a Finance/Accounting management role, with experience in the manufacturing/packaging industry preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and financial management software.
- Demonstrated leadership with teams of 2 members.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, ERP systems, financial benchmarking, accounting, audit, payroll, and tax compliance.
