Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager at ICONS|America in Dallas, NC. The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, process engineering, industrial engineering, and engineering management on a day-to-day basis. This person will also be responsible for all the new equipment projects in the plant.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing Engineering, and Industrial Engineering skills
- Experience in engineering management and manufacturing operations
- Strong project management and strategic planning skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in the beauty, health, or wellness industry is a plus
