This position involves conducting comprehensive site inspections, assessments, and capital reserve analyses focused on civil/site components of multifamily properties. Key responsibilities include evaluating items such as parking lots, drainage systems, stormwater management, site utilities, landscaping, and more.
To succeed in this critical role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 3-5 years of direct experience conducting site/civil assessments and capital planning
- Excellent technical writing abilities to develop comprehensive reports
- Strong quantitative skills for cost estimation, lifecycle analysis, and financial modeling
You will be responsible for:
- Planning and leading site inspections to evaluate overall conditions
- Preparing component inventories, site plans, deficiency logs, and condition ratings
- Developing long-term capital reserve studies and funding models for site assets
