Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our team and drive direct sales initiatives and expand our enterprise market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Direct Sales Strategy
- Create and implement a sales strategy focused on acquiring enterprise clients across industries such as technology, healthcare, finance, and professional services.
- Identify high-potential accounts, build a strong sales pipeline, and execute strategic outreach to decision-makers and procurement teams.
- Channel Sales & Partner Development
- Identify, recruit, and manage key channel partners, resellers, and distributors to expand market reach.
- Develop and execute joint sales strategies with partners such as CDW, Insight, SHI, and Ingram Micro to drive demand and maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide ongoing partner enablement through training, sales support, and co-marketing initiatives to ensure resellers are well-equipped to sell our solutions effectively.
- Represent iContact Camera at Industry Events & Conventions
- Attend and represent iContact Camera at key industry events, trade shows, and conventions to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Network with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers to establish new business relationships and stay ahead of market trends.
- Drive Revenue Growth
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiations and closing deals.
- Work closely with clients to understand their communication challenges and demonstrate how iContact Camera's solutions drive measurable business outcomes.
- Identify and Pursue New Partnership Opportunities
- Proactively identify new partnership opportunities to expand our reseller network and increase market penetration.
- Evaluate potential partners for their ability to add value and drive growth.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with customer needs.
- Provide feedback from enterprise clients and channel partners to inform product development and positioning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in consumer electronics, enterprise technology, unified communications, or video conferencing solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals with enterprise clients.
- Experience in channel sales and managing relationships with resellers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Experience representing a company at trade shows, industry events, and conventions to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales automation platforms.
- Highly self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with evolving priorities.
