Your Role:
- Lead interactive after-school sessions centered around STEM (or STEAM) and/or cooking, using provided curriculum.
- Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment where students can actively participate in hands-on experiments and creative projects.
- Inspire a lifelong passion for learning by encouraging critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Brings experience working with children, whether in a school, camp, or similar setting, and is excited to make a positive impact on their educational journey.
- Demonstrates effective classroom management skills, creating a safe and supportive atmosphere for students to learn and explore.
- Values punctuality, reliability, and the opportunity to contribute to the enrichment of young minds.
Your Schedule and Pay:
- Pay is $70 per class (class is 1 hour long)
- We will pair you up with the schools conveniently located near you.
- All classes run around the same time starting between 3-4pm (depending on the school) in the afternoon and run for 1 hour. You can teach 1 class per day or up to 5 classes per week.
- Classes are held weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with two instructors per class.
