Your Role

• Lead interactive after-school sessions centered around STEM (or STEAM) and/or cooking, using provided curriculum.
• Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment where students can actively participate in hands-on experiments and creative projects.
• Inspire a lifelong passion for learning by encouraging critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Your Schedule And Pay

• Pay is $80 per class. The pay rate for this position accounts for approximately two hours of work, including 1 hour class time, necessary preparation, and clean up.
• Classes will be held weekly on Wednesdays for a seven week Spring session starting early April.
• Class start time is 4:10 PM, with an arrival time of 15 minutes prior to the class start time.
  
  

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead dynamic after-school classes based on the curriculum we provide. We offer cooking and science classes, you can teach both of just one of the programs.
• Cultivate a stimulating, inclusive and safe learning environment for students
• Provide structured and hands on classes
  
  

What We Are Looking For Candidates That

• Have experience working with children in diverse settings such as classrooms, enrichment programs, or community initiatives.
• Have strong classroom management skills
