Key Responsibilities
- Process dental claims submitted by assigned dental practices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Verify claims, ensuring correct coding and compliance with insurance company requirements
- Communicate with insurance providers to resolve claim discrepancies and obtain necessary information
- Provide timely updates to assigned dental practices regarding the status of their claims
- Maintain organized records and documentation for all claims processed
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines in claims handling
- Collaborate with dental practice staff to address and resolve any claim issues efficiently

- Minimum of three years of dental billing experience
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, coding (e.g., CDT codes), and insurance policies
- The ability to demonstrate insurance revenue cycle knowledge, experience, and expertise
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing claims
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with dental office teams
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of claims
