**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Product Knowledge:** Demonstrate expertise across a wide range of industries, including but not limited to construction, woodworking, plumbing, electrical, automotive, and DIY projects.
2. **Inventory Management:** Regularly assess shelves and identify gaps in product offerings necessary for completing projects in different industries. Coordinate with management to ensure timely restocking of essential items.
3. **Customer Assistance:** Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding the right tools, materials, and products for their specific projects. Offer advice and recommendations based on individual project needs and requirements.
4. **Engagement & Upselling:** Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their project goals and offer additional products or services that complement their purchases. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
5. **Technical Support:** Offer technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing challenges with products or projects.
6. **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, collaborate on projects, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
7. **Product Promotion:** Actively promote featured products, special offers, and promotions to customers, highlighting their relevance to various industries and projects.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a hardware or home improvement store.
