ICR has opportunities available for an experienced and motivated Inventory Specialist.
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to team up with our current Inventory Specialist and help manage, organize, and maintain our stockroom and warehouse material. Your responsibilities will include stocking materials, transferring material between multiple locations, picking material kits, and liaising with program teams and management.

Your responsibilities will include stocking materials, transferring material between multiple locations, picking material kits, and liaising with program teams and management.
The Inventory Specialist should be team oriented, analytically minded, and possess excellent attention to detail to identify ways to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
- Critical thinking and organization skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability and eagerness to jump into a dynamic, quick react environment.
- Ability to multitask and productively navigate overlapping and constantly changing priorities.
- Willingness to be trained and certified on driving a large box truck and operating a forklift.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field.
- Experience working in a custom electronics manufacturing environment.
- Experience with FAR/DFAR material handling requirements.
- Experience preparing for, and supporting, government material audits.
- Experience/existing certification on driving a large box truck.
- Experience/existing certification on operating a forklift.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating records.
- Counting materials, equipment, assets or supplies in stock.
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and electronic records.
- Distributing or stocking assets.
- Receive and inventory stock.
- Other various tasks as assigned.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $125,000 annually (based on requirements and qualifications)
