Job Description:
· Automation and control system troubleshooting
· Control System design and build
· PLC Programming
· HMI Programming
· CAD electrical design
· Robot Programming
· VFD' installation / troubleshooting
· PID's, Instrumentation, 4-20ma / 1-5v etc. installation / troubleshooting
· Frequent use of multimeter for troubleshooting
· Panel builds
· Travel to individual customers site for system installs and customer support.
· Advanced troubleshooting skills are required.
· 480/277, 208/120, single phase down to 24vdc circuit understanding is a must.
· The position is a mix of PC based and hands on.
Software’s Utilized on a Frequent Basis
· PLC software (all types)
· HMI software (all types)
· Program robots by teach pendant
· 2d Auto Cad
· Excel / Word / Outlook
· Siemens Step 7/TIA, RS Logix 5000, RS Logix 500, Factory Talk, Omron, Mitsubishi, Red Lion, Proface, etc
