Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction by recruiting the right employees for the right job.

Client Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of telephone calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Provide accurate information and solutions using appropriate methods and tools.
• Assess and identify client needs to ensure satisfaction and build strong client relationships.
• Manage client complaints, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain records of client interactions, process accounts, and file necessary documentation.
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, while continuously improving through feedback.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in customer service or as a client service representative.
• Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
