Investor Relations Intern
ICR - Strategic Communications and Advisory Services
Position Overview
ICR is seeking a motivated university student for a paid Investor Relations internship position. Working alongside experienced IR professionals, the intern will gain hands-on experience supporting publicly traded companies while developing essential skills in financial communications and client service.
Schedule
- Part-time: 2-3 hours per day
- 5 days per week
- Remote with potential occasional New York Office
- 8:30 am ET start
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to IR team members on client accounts
- Maintain and update CRM database
- Draft basic press releases
- Conduct financial analysis and research
- Monitor, summarize, and distribute daily sell-side analyst research
- Manage client meeting calendars and schedules
- Take detailed notes during weekly client calls
- Support team members on various client projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled university student
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated willingness to learn
- Excellent work ethic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic business writing skills
- Interest in financial markets and corporate communications
