We are on the hunt for a talented Sr. Packaging Production Artist to support our successful retail client and their Private Brand Packaging creative team at their headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas!

- Brings a sharp, sophisticated design eye with well-honed branding instincts and technical expertise—consistently delivering work with precision and attention to detail.
- Is a critical problem-solver with the ability to create consistent, on-brand, detailed design and product packaging
- Partners with a cohesive, highly engaged team that values collaboration and shares a quest for production excellence
- Possesses an excellent understanding of print packaging, print production, and packaging manufacturing (substrates, die lines, colors, print processes, UPC, barcodes, etc.)
- Has a strong background in 360 design and print production (creative marketing, print collateral, presentations, promotions, and trade events are ideal) along with vendor experience
Requirements:
- Min 4 years of experience in packaging, creative, marketing, and brand design, international experience is preferred
- Excellent understanding of print packaging, print production, and packaging manufacturing (substrates, die lines, colors, print processes, UPC, barcodes, etc.).
- Broad knowledge of the packaging design concepts supporting the current brand strategy
- Expert skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong background in 360 print production (creative marketing, print collateral, promotions, and trade events are ideal) along with vendor experience
- Comprehensive understanding of design principles, production, typography, and executing consistent brand standards
- Experience with private label brands and a range of consumer packaged goods (CPG) is preferred
This is a temp role working M-F, 8-5, part-time, 20 hours per week, onsite at our client's headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas. 100% REMOTE work is not available for this opportunity.
