What You’ll Do:
- Design impactful solutions for web, mobile apps, emails, and digital campaigns
- Develop concepts from idea to execution while upholding brand identity
- Collaborate with creative and development teams to refine user experiences
- Use storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to bring designs to life
- Rapidly test and iterate designs with A/B and multivariate testing
- Stay on top of emerging trends in UI/UX and digital design
What You Bring:
- 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, web analytics, and optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Interactive Design, HCI, or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing clean, user-friendly, and engaging digital work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop), InVision, Figma, Zeplin
- Understanding of user personas, journey mapping, and responsive design
- Front-end familiarity (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)
- Managing multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player within all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel
