IV Infusion Nurse and Cryotherapy Specialist (12-15hrs/wk)

Services include: Whole Body Cryotherapy, IV Infusion / Vitamin Shots, Ozone Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Photobiomodulation and Compression Therapy.

Position Overview : our ideal candidates shall have a dynamic personality with a passion for helping others reach their goals. Must have high energy and burning desire for overall wellness and recovery. The IV Infusion Nurse and Cryotherapy Specialist administers a variety of services within the center. We are looking for a hands-on Intravenous Therapist (I.e., RN) who will be responsible for the administration of IV infusion therapy and IM shots for our guests. This employee must possess thorough knowledge of services as well as safety protocols. They must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively explain the products and services to guests and conduct the required medical procedures. The individual shall be able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment while creating an inviting atmosphere to our guests. The ideal applicant must be detailed oriented, energetic, knowledgeable and resourceful. You will ultimately be the face of iCRYO, the one that guests will remember, smile with, and look forward to seeing when they come back for services.

The IV Infusionist will also be responsible for continuing their education of our products and services as well as working as a team with other employees and maintaining safety protocols within the center.

Medical Knowledge

• Current and Valid State of Connecticut Registered Nursing License
• CPR/AED Certified

• have part-time or full-time availability to work a minimum of 8 hours per week on a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• have an outgoing personality, are friendly, and enjoy making others feel happy.
• are able to pass the iCRYO Cryotherapy Exam following their initial training prior to performing any services with guests.
• possess excellent communication skills (soft skills) and be able to work in a dynamic environment
• have well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers, supervisors and guests.

Essential Functions:

• Understand, educate and perform all services (i.e., Whole Body Cryotherapy, IV Infusions, Vitamin Shots, Ozone Therapy, Compression Therapy, Infrared Sauna and Photobiomodulation.
• Educate guests on the benefits of all our services.
• Practice and promote safety when performing services.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the center at all times.
• Maintain and increase knowledge of the uses of cryotherapy as well as the benefits.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Assist in all areas of center operations as requested by management.
• Availability to work flexible shifts
• General center cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and dressing rooms as needed

• Employee is regularly required to talk and hear / listen.
• Employee is required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, feel objects, use tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, crouch, and kneel.
• Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.
