As we prepare to open our doors in Summer 2025, we are looking for a results-driven leader to build and shape the success of this center from the ground up. This role is not just about managing a business—it’s about creating a wellness community where guests feel supported, valued, and excited to return.
Position OverviewAs the Center Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of center operations. This includes driving sales, ensuring smooth daily operations, and fostering a strong team culture. You will be responsible for achieving sales goals, implementing effective marketing strategies, controlling costs, and maintaining P&L accountability.
The ideal candidate is action-oriented, sales-driven, ambitious, and a strong leader. They should be detail-oriented, goal-focused, and capable of both setting high expectations and providing hands-on support to the team. The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily center operations, ensuring efficiency in scheduling, service execution, and inventory management
- Drive sales and memberships by engaging customers and guiding them toward appropriate services
- Lead and support the team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of customer service
- Build lasting relationships with guests, ensuring they feel valued and encouraged in their wellness journey
- Maintain operational excellence, ensuring all processes and protocols are followed effectively
- Train and mentor employees on services, sales strategies, safety protocols, and customer engagement
- Set measurable goals for team performance and implement strategies to achieve them
- Handle employee scheduling, time-off requests, and ensure staffing levels align with business needs
- Maintain compliance with all safety, health, and company standards
- Manage local community outreach and business partnerships to drive brand awareness
- Three to five years of experience managing daily operations in wellness, fitness, medical spa, hospitality, or a similar industry
- Strong organizational skills with experience in scheduling, inventory control, and compliance
- Experience managing CRM and POS systems, financial reporting, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and manage a team effectively
- Ability to drive sales and business growth through customer engagement and retention strategies
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to maintain customer satisfaction
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Base Salary: $80,000 with potential to earn 15-20 percent more based on performance (base salary plus commission)
- Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday
- Shifts:Weekdays: 8 AM – 8 PM
- Saturday: 9 AM – 7 PM
- Sunday: 10 AM – 6 PM
- Full-time Start: Mid-May 2025 (paid training available prior)
