Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Sales Associate/Recovery Specialist with a dynamic personality and a passion for wellness. If you’ve got high energy, love helping others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you to bring your A-game to our team!
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, helping them achieve their wellness goals through top-notch service and support. You’ll also have the chance to get creative by marketing through social media, attending community events, and helping grow our brand.
You’ll need to stay ahead of the curve by continuing your education on our products and services while working as part of a supportive team. Plus, you'll be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment for our guests. If you’re a go-getter who enjoys helping people and working in a collaborative environment, this is the job for you!
What You’ll Bring:
- Passion for wellness (experience in health and wellness is a plus!)
- A flexible schedule—minimum of 15-40 hours/week, including nights and weekends
- Ability to learn quickly and pass iCRYO’s service exams after training
- Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for exceptional guest service—you’ll make sure every guest feels like a VIP
- Ability to educate guests on our services with confidence and professionalism
- A goal-driven mindset—hit and exceed sales targets with a smile
- Positive attitude and professional appearance (we’re all about those good vibes!)
- Willingness to take part in ongoing education and training to level up your skills
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of sales experience (retail or customer service)- Preferred
- Ambitious, energetic, and driven to succeed
- Willing to work as part of a team, communicate openly, and be adaptable
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification
