Manage and resolve IT support tickets related to Windows desktop applications, laptops, printers, and network gear.
- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 apps, VPN configurations, software installations, and security updates.
- Perform hardware diagnostics and repairs for end-user devices, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Oversee laptop imaging and deployment using Microsoft Intune and MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) for new employees and device refreshes.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for user authentication, access control, and identity management.
