Collaborate with technology engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and maintenance of Adobe Analytics, ensuring precise data collection and reporting. Including in-depth auditing of preexisting metrics / segmentations.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user behavior, website performance, and marketing effectiveness. Proactively generate reports that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and performance anomalies. Translate these insights into strategic recommendations to enhance the digital customer experience.
