Job Description :
- We are seeking a Product Manager / Business Analyst with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI applications, and Agile methodologies to define the product vision, drive roadmap execution, and ensure successful delivery.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to build innovative AI-powered solutions that align with market needs.
Define & Execute Product Strategy:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap for AI-driven applications.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities in the AI/LLM space.
- Product Development & Roadmap Prioritization: Work with engineering and data science teams to translate product vision into detailed requirements.
- Prioritize features based on customer impact, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Ensure continuous alignment with Agile best practices, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
AI & LLM Expertise:
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to define model requirements and evaluate AI solutions.
- Understand LLM capabilities, limitations, and responsible AI principles.
- Drive experiments, model fine-tuning, and AI feature enhancements.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Act as the bridge between business, technical teams, and end-users.
- Effectively communicate product insights, requirements, and updates to stakeholders. Create detailed documentation, including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- User Experience & Market Research: Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on AI-powered product features.
- Monitor competitive landscape and drive differentiation strategies.
Experience:
- Strong experience in Product Management / Business Analysis, preferably in AI, ML, or LLM-based products.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, Generative AI, and machine learning concepts.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Technical & Analytical Skills: Familiarity with AI/ML model evaluation metrics and fine-tuning strategies. Strong data-driven decision-making, with
- experience using SQL, analytics tools, or A/B testing.
