JOB DESCRIPTION:
Support Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager for a 200 person contract.
Manage reports, personnel actions, clearance accesses, CATMS, and other program-related tasks.
Regularly meet with Branch Chiefs and Team Leads to:
Assess needs and requirements
Analyze metrics
Identify trends and emerging requirements for the cybersecurity team’s mission
Perform team functions to support ongoing and future organizational operations.
Develop various technical documents, procedures, and policies to ensure operational support.
Analyze, recommend, and implement changes to existing policies, procedures, and processes.
Create, write, and maintain missing or outdated documentation.
Provide document development support for OCIO daily operations and long-term strategic planning.
Develop tools, templates, communications, briefings, and workshops to support OCIO initiatives.
Document and update policies, business processes, analyses, and other support activities as directed.
Review and approve all work and technical publications produced by contractors.
Manage and update the SharePoint portal:
Coordinate import/export
Create and configure libraries, lists, and tasks
Develop and deliver all required waiver documentation in accordance with government specifications.
Monitor IT system authorization termination dates and manage updates for publications and assessments.
Create cyber awareness materials including digital posters, banners, and memorandums.
Maintain a schedule of events and take meeting minutes.

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least three (3) Years- Experience working in a DOD cybersecurity environment
- Knowledge of standard DoD practices and style, and industry best practices
- Develop and maintain templates, communications, briefings, workshops and other efforts required to successfully initiate implementation of cybersecurity initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience with the Authorization and Accreditation process and production of required documents and other materials.
- Experience maintaining a document tracking system in order to provide required periodic review and updates in accordance with applicable policies and regulations
- Experience managing a CATMS tasking database.
- Experience working with multiple document owners and contributors in order to ensure documents are reviewed and updated on schedule in a timely and efficient manner.
- Liaise with internal and external partners at all levels, government and private sector, in order to benefit the organization
General Experience:
- Minimum General Experience: Must be able to manage/deliver multiple tasks at the same time. Must be able to interface with the CISO and Branch Chiefs. Must be able to delegate work and ensure delivery. Provide advice, recommendations, and strategic guidance to team and key stakeholders as a Cyber Publication Specialist Subject Matter Expert (SME) in addition to leading the team of Cyber Publication Specialists in the areas of cyber publication management to support all cybersecurity team functions.
Related Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in cyber IT technical writing/scheduling. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Project, etc.). Knowledge of standard DoD policy practices and writing style, and industry best practices. Experience managing a program support function for a major division of a government agency. Experience working with senior level government officials to achieve contract goals.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- If alternate worksite is other than DCSA facilities or corporate office space, must have the reliable ability to communicate over voice (cell phone preferred) and stable, capable internet connection.
- Must speak English well enough to communicate complex technical ideas to a diverse customer both verbally and in written form.
EDUCATION:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree, in Cybersecurity, and/or Information Systems Management or equivalent experience
