  • Identify potential clients with corporate offices in the Houston area, plan strategy, and develop all key relationships to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling.
  • Cold call, e-mail, utilize LinkedIn, and perform on-site visits with our ICS team to educate customers on our products and solicit their business.
  • Insight to help build a successful lead generation platform based on ICS provided tools and tools to consider.
  • Utilize provided sales tools for ongoing follow up and business processes.

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Comfortable making 300 to 500 contacts per week to set a required number of introductory appointments.
  • Someone with a positive attitude and enjoys technology.
  • Strong work ethic and self-drive.
  • Has successfully utilized the phone, networking, lunches, LinkedIn, and Social Media in the past 6 months to make business to business appointments with company decision-makers.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Typically requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience; or equivalent work experience.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
