Window Cleaning Technician
Local professional Janitorial Company seeking a window cleaning technician to join our team!
Full-time -- $19.00/hr (Bonus Included) -
Our company has been locally owned since 1986. We service the Yakima, Tri-Cities, Spokane and Walla Walla areas for both residential and commercial customers as well as post-construction cleanings.
What we provide: Company vans - Uniform shirts, windbreakers, jackets, gloves & booties - Professional cleaning equipment & products.
Job Duties: Loading and unloading tools - Cleaning interior and exterior of windows - Cleaning tracks, frames and screens - Climbing ladders - Power washing - High dusting - Vacuuming, high cleaning and wiping areas over 6' - Organize and maintain a clean work vehicle - Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment - Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- At least 21 years of age
- Have a valid Washington State driver's license
- Clean driving record (driving abstract required)
- Able to handle physical work load - lift up to 50lbs
- Able to work on 1-2 story ladders - up to 40ft
- Strong attention to detail
- Pleasant demeanor with fellow employees and customers alike - TEAM PLAYER!!
