Position Summary
As a Patient Services Coordinator, you’ll be patients first point of contact, ensuring they have a smooth and welcoming experience. You’ll handle front-desk tasks, scheduling, insurance verification, and essential marketing efforts to help grow our patient base. Light housekeeping, documentation, and clinic organization will also be part of your daily routine.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and assist with check-ins, inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
Manage front desk operations, answer calls, and maintain patient records.
Verify insurance, explain financial responsibilities, and process payments.
Support the clinical team with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist in marketing efforts, including outreach and social media updates.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
Ensure compliance with Washington State healthcare regulations, patient confidentiality (HIPAA), and clinic policies.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelors preferred)
Customer service or administrative experience preferred
Experience in physical therapy or medical industry with a similar setup is a plus
Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry
Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and with a team
Spanish-speaking is a bonus but not required
