ICW Vocational Services is dedicated to empowering adults with disabilities in Indiana, Pennsylvania, by providing a continuum of services that promote lifelong learning that enhance their skills and promote independence.
We are seeking a Program Specialist to join our team at ICW Vocational Services.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and complete assessments and intakes.
Participate in the Individual Plan process, development and implementation; as well as completing quarterly reviews.
Provide and supervise activites and programming for the individuals in accordance with the Individual Plan.
Assist the Transition Services Director in giving tours and in public promoting of ICW services.
Manage a caseload independently and complete all required documentation.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree and 2 years work experience working directly with persons with disabilities.
An Associate's degree or 60 credit hours and 4 years of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities.
Must have a valid PA driver's license.
Acceptable Federal criminal history record or criminal history record from the PA state police.
Salary: $28,560.00 - $29,559.00 per year.
