Job Summary
Our Client seeks a B2B Technical Content Writer to join their Sales and Marketing team in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. This hybrid role supports the growth of inbound marketing efforts by developing and distributing compelling content to drive awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. Content is primarily focused on writing longform articles for IT and Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Become well-versed in our Client's Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Nearshoring of IT & Data Transformation, and Financial services; while focusing on market trends to effectively position the company’s capabilities.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and edit content, including thought leadership pieces, whitepapers, articles, SEO content (those 4 primarily), paid ad campaigns, email marketing, and social media articles (those 3 not as frequently).
- Support and adapt the overall content strategy for various channels to maximize impact.
- Work with practice leaders to gather input and develop relevant content, ensuring high-quality final deliverables.
- Partner with agency and channel owners to understand best practices and enhance content distribution.
- Manage multiple projects, balancing priorities and collaborating within the marketing team.
- Stay updated on industry research and competitors to inform content development.
- Maintain and archive all BPO content assets, making them accessible to stakeholders.
- Analyze and optimize content performance in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Ensure a consistent voice across all collateral, adhering to branding standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in writing content targeted towards C-Suite (CTOs, CIOs, CFOs, etc.) professional audiences or for B2B services companies (Articles, Emails, longform content, etc.) for a professional SERVICES firm.
- Experience writing for BPO, Tech, SAAS, Financial Services, or B2B services companies/industries required.
- Proven track record in contributing to content strategy across various mediums.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
- Organized, driven, and collaborative with the ability to write in various formats and styles.
- Portfolio of articles/features/blogs required.***
Skills:
- Autonomous and independent working style, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
- Capable of working in an extremely fast-paced industry, sometimes with short turnaround times.
- Adept at writing short and long-form content.
- Ability to plan and write content in diverse voices and formats.
- Knowledge of emerging markets like AI in Finance & Accounting, Tech/IT/Cloud, and nearshoring/offshoring is a plus.
