Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Salesforce Data Entry Specialist to assist with a critical data migration project. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Salesforce and be proficient in entering large datasets into the Salesforce platform. This role will involve transferring a substantial amount of data from Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce, as well as creating and running reports to help structure the data for optimal integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer large volumes of data from Excel into Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Cleanse and verify data for quality control before entering it into Salesforce.
- Create and run Salesforce reports to assess data structure and provide insights into how the data should be formatted.
- Collaborate with the team to understand the business requirements and data organization within Salesforce.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality throughout the process.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any data entry issues as they arise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Salesforce, including data entry and report creation.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data structure and reporting functionality.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including working with large datasets and performing data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
