Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations, staff management, and profitability of our Ithaca branch. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven track record of achieving business goals.

Experience in plumbing and/or electrical and/or HVAC preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Branch Operations:
• Oversee all branch activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business objectives.
• Manage the branch budget, including cost control and revenue generation.
• Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate branch staff to ensure high performance.
• Set performance goals and regularly assess employee performance.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Promote and upsell products/services to meet customer needs.
• Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Represent the company at community events and networking opportunities.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
