What are the responsibilities and job description for the Co-pack Forklift Operator (sitdown-reach) position at ID Logistics?
Operates gasoline-, liquefied gas-, or electric-powered industrial equipment equipped with lifting
devices, such as sit-down, stand-up, clamp or other elevating equipment to push, pull, lift, stack,
tier, or move products, equipment, or materials in distribution center or storage yard.
- Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial
- Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
- On a daily basis, inspect assigned equipment.
- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and
- Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
- Efficiently stack and store product in the appropriate areas.
- Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are
- Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into rail cars, trailers, or
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality
- Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security
- Assist in physical inventories.
- Ensure proper stock rotation.
- Follow customer requirements and/or other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count,
- Coordinate as necessary with all other departments/functions, especially Customer Service,
- Perform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go process.
- Conduct operations and equipment in a manner that promotes safety and report unsafe
- Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when
- Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three or more years of related
- Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.).
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g.

Shift hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm
Monday - Friday (Saturday - as needed for OT)
Pay $18.00
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
Three or more years of related experience and/or training
Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments.
Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.).
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment(e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
