What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Lead - Evenings position at ID Logistics?
Operates gasoline-, liquefied gas-, or electric-powered industrial equipment equipped with lifting devices, such as sit-down, stand-up, clamp or other elevating equipment to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials in distribution center or storage yard.
Responsibilities:
- Supports, trains and certifies newly hired LTOs
- Operates industrial powered lift truck in a safe and efficient manner
- In the absence of the Shift Supervisor the Lead will act as Supervisor as needed
- Inventories materials on work floor and supply workers with materials as needed
- Assists Supervisors and management of the facility in planning, assigning and directing work
- Assist LTO's with daily issues
- Assist other Leads and Supervisors with ensuring that policies, procedures, and best practices are being followed
- Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
- Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned.
Compensation: $21.00 per hour $1.50 per hour differential
Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm

Requirements:- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.).
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
