Position Overview
The Quality Assurance Meters Verification Specialist upholds quality standards by thoroughly reviewing submitted or in-progress projects, communicating primarily with field team members (who produce the work) and local utility providers to validate the accuracy of utility meters information (e.g., electric, water, and gas meters). Effective communication is the key success factor for this role. You will act as liaison between the Field Team, Property Manager, and local Utilities providers on multiple projects simultaneously while supporting other team members.
- Review projects (commercial property maps and information) for accuracy of information.
- Work with remote field team members to correct errors and increase work throughput.
- Deliver completed projects to the Quality Assurance team for final review.
- Meet project deadlines and production expectations.
- Respond timely to questions and requests from team members and utility providers.
- Politely, professionally, and persistently request and provide accurate information.

- Scrutinize commercial property data and imagery for accuracy and errors against company quality standards.
- Use phone, email, and chat to quickly, politely, and professionally communicate.
- Work with interdepartmental teams to increase project completion accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate with team members and external entities, such as utility providers and property managers.
- Attend meetings on time, as needed, to preserve organizational alignment and strategy.
- Use Client Relationship Management (CRM) software and other methods to track progress.
- Regularly report on progress, performance, and project issues.
- Actively participate in coaching, training, and on-boarding, as needed.
- Complete and submit HR paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.

Experience Required:
- Superb written and spoken communication skills: phone, email, text, video, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail, data analysis, and reporting skills.
- Experience with commercial property mapping, floorplans, or blueprints a plus.
- Strong spatial thinking—you can rotate a 3-dimensional box in your mind and always know which side is facing you.
- Client Relationship Management (CRM) software experience, especially MS Dynamics is a plus.
