Hybrid – (approximately 50% Travel, 50% work from home office; must live within 45 minutes of the Denver, Colorado airport [DEN]).

What We’re Looking For
- Ability to travel out of state Monday–Friday (home most weekends).
- A reliable vehicle that can carry a 6-foot extension ladder and handle long drives.
- Physical agility: Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, climbing ladders up to 25 feet, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient with iPads, laptops, and phone applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when following client-specific instructions.
- The ability to scrutinize commercial property data and imagery for accuracy and errors against company quality standards.
You’ll Succeed If You Have Experience In:
- Site surveys, property inspections, or GIS mapping.
- Hands-on work like plumbing, construction, HVAC, or electrical fields.
- Roles that combine independence, tech skills, and fieldwork, such as land surveying, utility locating, archaeology, or freelance photography.
- Superb written and spoken communication skills: phone, email, text, video, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail, data analysis, and reporting skills.
- Experience with commercial property mapping, floorplans, or blueprints a plus.
- Strong spatial thinking—you can rotate a 3-dimensional box in your mind and always know which side is facing you.
- Client Relationship Management (CRM) software experience, especially MS Dynamics is a plus.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
- Use tools like 3D cameras, laser measurers, and software to gather and document property data.
- Access rooftops, parking areas, and other commercial property spaces to ensure accuracy.
- Solve on-the-spot challenges with flexibility and problem-solving skills.
- Deliver precise, high-quality data to meet project deadlines.
- Review projects (commercial property maps and information) for accuracy of information.
- Work with remote field team members to correct errors and increase work throughput.
- Deliver completed projects to the Quality Assurance team for final review.
- Meet project deadlines and production expectations.
- Respond timely to questions and requests from team members and utility providers.
- Politely, professionally, and persistently request and provide accurate information.
