Proximity to the Saint Alphonsus Medical Center-Ontario provides an opportunity to gain or maintain acute therapy skills if desired. What You Will Do: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop individualized treatment plans. Implement and adjust tailored physical therapy programs for diverse patient needs, including orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, and more. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Supervise and mentor support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Engage with a variety of patients, including: Employees recovering from work-related injuries Seniors maintaining their mobility Individuals recovering from trauma Services Provided: Orthopedic Rehabilitation Occupational Rehabilitation Sports Medicine Hand Therapy Balance and Vestibular Therapy Orthopedic Spine Care Arthritis Management Pelvic Floor Therapy Minimum Qualifications: Current Physical Therapy licensure in Idaho or Oregon. Basic Life Support certification required at hire. Previous experience in Rehabilitation preferred.
