Job Role
This is a full-time opportunity to work on-site in our office, supporting customers with technical issues related to ID card production software and printers.
Main Responsibilities
- Support customers with technical queries regarding ID card production software and printers
- Assist with setup and training for new installations and reinstallation of systems
- Manage warranty and RMA cases for products in need of repair
- Stay current with vendor hardware and software
