Job Description:
As our Scheduling Coordinator/Student Advocate, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and scheduling within our company as we focus on and serve our clients/students. You will be the primary point of contact and information resource for clients, students, and vendors, managing their needs with professionalism and care. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client information, communication and scheduling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, business clients, and vendors.
- Communicate clearly and effectively both in writing and verbally.
- Take a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues before they arise.
- Focus intently on details to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
- Seek and accept feedback constructively to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate with management to support company goals and initiatives.
- Maintain a professional and personable demeanor while managing multiple tasks.
- Demonstrate flexibility with hours to meet the needs of the company.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
