Overview
Idaho Central Aquatic Center is seeking a positive, energetic professional to greet patrons in a helpful and enthusiastic manner. This position is responsible for informing patrons about programs and memberships as well as registering patrons if interested. This position will be working heavily with the public and staff at our indoor aquatic facility.
Essential Responsibilities of the Position:
- Greeting customers and providing a high level of customer service
- Registering individuals in programs and processing payments.
- Selling facility memberships.
- Answering questions and being knowledgeable about all programs, events and memberships at the facility.
- Answer phone calls proficiently and professionally
- Ensure the front lobby and front desk are clean.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 18 yrs old with a valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Ability to maintain professional work-related practices - safety, alertness, dependability, responsibility, initiative, courteousness, good judgment, cleanliness, and ability to work with all ages.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Flexible work schedule
- CPR/AED & First Aid certified prior to start date
Availability/Shift Options:
Facility Hours:
- Monday-Friday: 5am-8pm
- Saturday: 7am-5pm
- Sunday: 10am-1pm
Shift Looking to hire for:
Thursdays: 5am-2:30pm
Saturdays: noon-5pm
(for now with more availability possible for summer)
Soonest possible start/training date: March 24th.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
