The Public Employee Retirement System of Idaho (PERSI) is seeking a hard-working and committed Member Services Supervisor with experience supporting those that provide over-the-phone customer service. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week, with full benefits.

Example of Duties :
Supervise a contact center environment that speaks directly with members and the public by phone.
Provide guidance and leadership on a wide variety of topics.
Determine training needs and execute accordingly.
Take escalated calls on complex issues.
Promote a culture of personalized customer service.
Monitor documentations and interaction to ensure quality standards are met.
Work efficiently, perform multi-tasking, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Good Knowledge of :
- Office support functions.
Experience : Supervising staff;
Interpreting, applying and explaining complex information such as regulations, policies or services;
Assessing work procedures and developing or modifying those procedures as needed;
Independently solving problems / performing liaison activities to deal with individuals or resolve conflicts in a work setting.
