Responsibilities
- Manage daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and night audit procedures.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance guest services and operational efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and supervise hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor hotel performance metrics, including occupancy rates and guest feedback, to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote hotel services and special events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations, customer service principles, and hospitality best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
